| Tuxedo Resevervation Policy |
1. To ensure a proper fit, all measurements should be taken at
our location. If measurements are taken elsewhere, Suzanne's
Bridal & Formal is not responsible for any cost in relation to
additional alterations or replacements. Measurements are
required at the time you place the order.
2. Rental Tuxedos are manufactured to fit a wide range of sizes,
and are not manufactured like a custom suit.
3. The Bride and or Groom are responsible for their wedding
party's measurements. All measurements should be taken or
called in 30 days prior to the wedding date.
4. Tuxedos are normally ready for first fittings 2 to 3 days
before your affair. Please call before arriving to ensure your
order has arrived and to arrange a fitting time.
5. Alterations and changes to Tuxedos can be made if your
Tuxedo does not fit properly. However, we do require ample
time for shipping/alterations. All Tuxedos must be tried on 24
hours prior to the event, or by Noon on Friday if your wearing
date is a Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.
6. All Tuxedo rental charges must be paid in full before the
Tuxedos can leave the shop.
7. Customers are responsible for any malicious or intentional
damage to any part of the Tuxedo. If any such damage occurs,
the customer is responsible for the replacement costs. A
damage waiver of $6.00 covers any accidental or incidental
damages to the garment while in the customer's possession.
8. Tuxedos are due back on Tuesday if the wearing date is
Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. Tuxedos worn Tuesday - Friday
are due back the day following the event.
9. Tuxedos not returned by the proper day will result in a late
fee of up to $50 per day, per Tuxedo.
10. Any unpaid late charges, malicious damage charges, or
missing pieces charges are ultimately the responsibility of the
groom.
